General Information and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd33 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any term, you are requested to refrain from using the service.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

When registering with bd33, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be cancelled.

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi number)

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately. bd33 will not be responsible for losses resulting from your own negligence.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

All services on bd33 are for persons aged 21 years or older only. Providing false information about age at registration is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

• The registrant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Failure to pass age verification will result in account suspension.

Deposit and Payment Methods

bd33 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all three mobile banking methods is ৳500.

4.1 General Deposit Terms

• The mobile number used for the deposit must match the number registered on the account.
• Deposits through a third party are not allowed.
• Suspicious transactions may be put on hold until verified.
• Deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Payment Information Accuracy

Withdrawal and Transaction Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from bd33 is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

5.1 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• The account must have sufficient balance.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

bd33 reserves the right to verify information before processing a withdrawal request. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal may be temporarily held while an investigation is carried out.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

bd33 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive the bonus, the terms set out in this section must be followed.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit that receives a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

6.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified period.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Specific bet limits on certain games may apply when using bonus funds.
• If bonus misuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Cashback

bd33's VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Cashback is given on weekly net losses according to tier level. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 may receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

Gaming and Betting Rules

bd33 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game or betting category has its own rules, which are shown in the game interface.

7.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. bd33 reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Bets placed outside the limits will be automatically cancelled.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a system outage or technical error affects a game result, bd33 reserves the right to cancel the bets for that round and return the stake.

7.3 Special Terms for Sports Betting

Before placing bets on cricket, football or other sports, check the rules and odds for the specific event. If a match is cancelled or suspended mid-way, bets will be settled according to bd33's established policy.

Prohibited Activities and Misuse

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bd33. Engaging in them may result in permanent account closure and seizure of the related funds:

• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in advance.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other players.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Account Suspension and Closure Process

bd33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account at any time due to breach of terms or suspected fraud.

9.1 Closure at the User's Own Initiative

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team. Before closing, withdraw any eligible balance.

9.2 Consequences of Permanent Closure

If an account is closed due to breach of terms, funds obtained through prohibited activity may be seized. Any legitimate balance that is regularly due will be returned after verification.

Limitation of Liability

bd33 accepts limited liability for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. bd33 cannot be held responsible in the following situations:

• Game losses due to internet disconnection.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

bd33 is committed to ensuring a safe and reliable service at all times, but if a temporary disruption occurs due to technical reasons, it will be resolved as quickly as possible.
